Delivery timescales

You will receive an email at the address you have specified when your order has been despatched.   This is usually on the day of the order, if placed before 2 pm and subject to passing necessary checks.  This usually means your item is received the following day.

Orders for in-stock items are usually despatched the same day if placed before 2 pm.  We operate a strict fraud screening process and therefore we are usually only able to offer this service if the order is being delivered to the billing address registered to the card.  If this is not the case (e.g. you specify a work address as the delivery location) there may be a delay of a few hours while we perform the appropriate checks.

Please note: During extremely busy periods it is not always possible to despatch all orders the same day.  To guarantee that you will receive next day delivery you can email us at support@watchshopuk.com.

For out-of-stock items, you can usually expect to receive the item within 2-10 business days.  If the delay is likely to be significantly longer than this we will contact you either by telephone or email to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

Postage method

All orders over £60 qualify for free Royal Mail Special Delivery.  This means your item is guaranteed to be received before 1 pm on the day of despatch.

For orders under £60, you are given free Recorded Delivery, which means delivery is usually on the day following despatch, but in rare circumstances can be delayed for a few days.  You also have the option in the checkout process to select Special Delivery for £2 extra.
