Who are Watch Shop UK?

Watch Shop UK is a leading internet distributor of brand name watches in the UK.  We are an internet subsidiary of a high street jeweller, SDK Jewellers.

Why are your watches so cheap?

Simply because we are willing to sell our watches for a lower profit than our competitors.  We believe that maintaining the most competitive prices for all of our watches is the primary reason for our extensive and loyal customer base.  We buy watches in bulk which results in large savings - and we are able to pass these savings onto our customers.

Do you sell secondhand watches?

No.  We only sell 100% brand new goods.

Do your watches come in boxes?

Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer.

Do your watches come with guarantees?

Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee, with our official distributor’s stamp.  You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed.

Are you an official supplier of these watches?

Yes. We are an official supplier for ALL of our watch brands. We do NOT obtain watches from the 'grey market' like some of our competitors. You should beware of buying from companies who are not official suppliers.

Do you stock all of your watches?

At Watch Shop UK, stock all of our watches listed on this website.  So unlike some of our competitors, we ship our watches directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery.

What security measures do you take to ensure my credit card details are safe?

All of our credit card transactions are processed over a 128-bit SSL certificate, which are then processed by Protx, who are one of the UK’s leading credit card processors.  This means that your credit card details cannot be intercepted or hacked.  We do not store any of your credit card details.  Your payment is processed securely over our payment system and no one is able to view any of your sensitive details.  Our site is regularly tested to be hacker proof, and we are members of schemes such as SafeBuy and Internet Shopping Is Safe as a testament to how seriously we take internet security.

How do you send the items?

We ship our items by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This means that you will receive the item before 1 pm following the day of despatch. This method of delivery is fully insured. Certain items under £60 are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Do you ship to BFPO addresses?

Yes, this is absolutely fine.

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes we do.  Simply checkout as usual and select your country as normal.  Delivery to international locations is usually £7.50 extra.
