GUARANTEES

Because we are an official dealer for all of our brands, all of our watches are covered by the official manufacturer's guarantee.  This means you can be confident that, in the event of a malfunction, your watch will be fixed and restored to its original function quickly and efficiently by the original manufacturers.

In the event of a problem with your watch, the quickest course of action is to return the item directly to the manufacturer's service department along with your guarantee card.  They will usually rectify the problem within a week, and if the watch is covered by the guarantee then it will be free of charge.

Please note: watch guarantees do not cover accidental damage.

Citizen watches come with a 5 year guarantee.

Rotary watches come with a 2 year guarantee.

Police watches come with a 2 year guarantee.

Accurist watches come with a 3 year guarantee.

Sekonda watches come with a 2 year guarantee.

Tissot watches come with a 2 year guarantee.

For all other watch brands, the length of the guarantee is specified on the product details page.
