To qualify for this, the watch must be in absolutely unworn and brand new condition and must be returned with all the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras (CD-ROMs etc.). When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition and then issue either a full refund or a different item in exchange. Your money will be refunded in full within 14 days. You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This way the delivery is insured.  You should also record the tracking number.
